Greenleaf currently provides staff throughout the UK to: Social Services, Challenging Behaviour Units, Private Nursing Homes, Private Residential Homes, NHS Trusts, Learning Disability Services, Secure Units, Hospitals, etc.Greenleaf will provide you with a dedicated Care Manager who will discuss your service and the staffing you need, ensuring continuity and a correct assessment of what support your service users require. A profile will be sent for each staff member that is booked to attend your service. This will enable you to ensure they have the experience and skills you need to compliment your staff team.

All staff provided will wear an anonymous uniform or the uniform that represents your home. Those carers Greenleaf provide will be inducted to fit in to your home, to promote your service to those residing with you, their families and any other visitors you may have. All carers are made fully aware that we will not employ new staff directly from those customers we provide to.
Greenleaf will not employ directly from your team if an applicant is currently working for you or if they have worked for you within the last 4 weeks.
Each new carer Greenleaf introduce will be supported by a full staff profile which will evidence their experience, training, qualifications and that all legal and eligibility to work checks have been completed. This ensures they really do compliment your team as well as providing immediate evidence to CQC of due diligence with your temporary staffing.
Greenleaf will work with you to provide a full induction to ensure all new temporary staff fit into your home and team seamlessly. Your residents will never feel two disparate approaches.
Greenleaf works closely with each customer to manage complaints and concerns as they arise. Greenleaf endeavour to resolve any issue that is raised by an individual is managed professionally, with the service users’ best interest and safety in mind at all times. Greenleaf believe that most complaints and concerns can be managed internally and efficiently whilst always safeguarding those we care for.
